Wiggy

I saw this wig in Nylon magazine (the one with Rachel Bilson on the cover) and it looked like it would be fun to make. They had taken a cheap wig, put some hair gel and glue in it to give it a nice stiff look, and spray painted it white. I was up for the challenge. I found a black wig I got a few years ago for Halloween, I dumped a bottle of glue on it and waited for it to dry. It smelled great. And dry it looks eerily like Sadako/Samara in The Ring. I still need to get a can of spray paint, though, so its not finished yet. Here's the original:
